By just giving us your email, you'll see online immediately the profile of your project with its quotation. There'll be no commitment of any kind at this stage.

1.9 CONFIRMATION

When confirming the order, you'll be addressed to register your client profile. No minimum payment is due for this first registration.

Step 02Project Kick-Off

If not done immediately after getting the online quotation, use the Quotation email from Bravae that you’ll find in your inbox to Register your Client Profile. Then follow the payment instructions, and kick-off your project!

2.1 CLIENT SET UP

If not done immediately after getting the online quotation, use the Quotation email from Bravae that you’ll find in your inbox to Register your Client Profile.

2.2 INPUT FILES

If not done immediately after, you’ll be able later to re-access your Bravae Workspace and attach the input files for your project.

Step 03Your Bravae Workspace

In your Bravae Workspace you'll be able to follow the status of your project, validate drafts, and have a collaborative space to work with Bravae Developers.

3.1 PRODUCTION LAUNCH

After the first payment or money transfer notice is arrived the construction of the project will start. Note that if you're a Bravae Premium Client you'll already have a credit valid account and this step will be happening sooner.

3.2 FIRST MODEL - GEOMETRY AND TEXTURES

In this phase your model will have all basic geometry and if applicable key finishing textures. You'll be able to iterate and identify changes and validate it afterwards.

3.3 SECOND MODEL - USER EXPERIENCE

In this second validation point your model will have all geometry, textures, finishing and basic interaction, if applicable. You'll be able to iterate and identify changes and validate it afterwards.

3.4 THIRD MODEL - FINISHING

In the third validation point your model will have all geometry, textures, finishing, user dynamics and/or interaction. I'll be just for finishing final comments or remarks. You'll be able to iterate and identify changes and validate it afterwards.

3.5 FINAL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF FINAL PRODUCT

Once the project is finished and accepted by you, you'll receive all product deliverables. Note that if you're not yet a Bravae Premium Client your final payment or money transfer proof will be required at this stage before receiving your final products.

Step 04Aftersale guarantee

Client satisfaction is of our most importance, therefore you'll have an aftersale guarantee including set-up guidance sessions, a set of technical instruction documents, and access to your Bravae Workspace content for two years.

4.1 DEPLOYMENT SESSION AND AFTERSALE GUARANTEE

We'll guide you and your team through the deployment of Bravae Products in the context of your business and projects. A two-year guarantee is attached to all our deliverables regarding performance and quality according to specs.

4.2 EVOLUTIONARY OF THE MODEL AND NEW SCOPES

Beyond your guarantee, you'll also keep your Bravae Workspace content for two years, extended automatically on the next order, be it a brand new project or an evolution from the original one.
